BEACHFEST 2024
WEDNESDAY MAY 29th
• Registration at Kings Beach Amphitheatre 8am – 11am.
• Car cruise departing 11:00am from Kings Beach car park. Travelling scenic drive to Helltown Hotrods Approximately 2hr drive time.
• Car display from 5:00pm – 9:00pm “Under Lights” at Autobarn Kawana includes BBQ.
• Westpac Rescue Helicopter charity collect throughout the day.
THURSDAY MAY 30th
• Breakfast at the Caloundra Power Boat Club from 7:00am – 9:00am
• Cruise departing 8:45am from Caloundra Power Boat Club. To Lake Baroon for Photos then onto Bowdens Shop for opportunity to purchase Bowdens car care products and BBQ lunch.
• Caloundra Street Art Walking Tour – 9am – Caloundra Regional Gallery
• Registration at Kings Beach Amphitheatre 3pm – 6pm
• Live band playing at Amphitheatre 6:00pm – 9:00pm
FRIDAY 31 MAY
• Registration at Kings Beach Amphitheatre 2pm – 6pm.
• Car cruise “Lotto run” departing 9:30 – 11:30 must be complete by 2:00pm approximately 100klm observation drive through hinterland.
• Super cruise through Caloundra CBD. Staggered departure from Kings Beach car park starting from 5:00pm and concluding 8:00pm.
• Live band playing at Amphitheatre from 6:00pm – 9:00pm “
SATURDAY 1 JUNE
• Show and Shine Day “1” entry from 6:00am departure at 2:30pm – Caloundra CBD
• Trader stands intertwined throughout the car displays
• Live bands playing 5 locations starting from 9:00am. Felicity Park Bulcock street, Bulcock street Minchinton roundabout and at both ends of the esplanade and in Happy Valley car park.
• Live band playing at Amphitheatre from 6:00pm – 9:00pm. Announcements, Raffle prizes draw, Top 10 show winners announced and presented with “Beachfest Top 10” Jackets Top 10 Photo shoot at Moffit Beach TBA
• Westpac Rescue Helicopter charity collect throughout the day.
SUNDAY 2 JUNE
• Aden Jacobi Memorial Show and Shine day “2” entry from 7:00am and conclude 1:00pm
• Trader stands intertwined throughout the car displays, Caloundra CBD
• Westpac Rescue Helicopter charity collect throughout the day.
• Heart Foundation charity, all Sunday entrant money will be donated.
